Light the Season
Join us for a night of remembrance and holiday cheer
On November 30th at 6 PM, Southside Community Connections invites you to The Little House for our annual Light the Season event—a cherished evening to honor loved ones, share in holiday joy, and celebrate the strength of our community.

This magical evening features a special tree lighting ceremony, beautifully commemorating those who have touched our lives. Plus, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be making a special appearance to spread holiday cheer! Bring the whole family to snap a photo with them, share your Christmas wishes, and soak up the festive spirit while you enjoy a comforting bowl of soup and cozy up with a cup of hot cocoa from our festive cocoa bar.

Want to create a lasting tribute to a loved one? Purchase an rnament to place on the tree in their honor. Order forms are available at our office on 11699 Merrell Road, and donations are welcomed to support our programs.

Let’s come together to fill the season with light, love, and remembrance. This event is free, family-friendly, and a special way to start your holidays with meaning and community spirit. See you there!
