Mondays:

9 AM – 10 AM Mindfulness Yoga

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM Chair Yoga

Throughout the class, Kathleen will lead you through a series of gentle stretches, mindful movements, and breathing exercises. These practices will help you increase flexibility, improve circulation, and promote a sense of relaxation and inner peace. Each posture is adapted to the chair, allowing you to safely and comfortably engage in the practice.

Thursdays:

9 AM – 10 AM Morning Yoga

Join Chelsea, a dedicated yoga instructor, as she guides you through an invigorating practice designed to awaken your body and mind. Flow through a series of energizing postures, synchronized with conscious breath, to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Set your intentions, cultivate gratitude, and embrace the present moment. Suitable for all levels, this class will leave you feeling revitalized, focused, and ready to embrace the day ahead. Join us for Morning Yoga and embrace the power of a mindful morning ritual.

7 PM – 8 PM Evening Yoga for Everyone

Unwind and restore with Evening Yoga led by Kathleen. This class offers a soothing and gentle practice to help you release tension, let go of the day’s stresses, and promote deep relaxation. Kathleen, an experienced instructor, will guide you through a series of calming postures, gentle stretches, and restorative poses. Allow the practice to melt away the tension in your body, quiet your mind, and cultivate inner peace. Suitable for all levels, this class is the perfect way to wind down, find balance, and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Join us for Evening Yoga and create a serene end to your day.

All classes include required equipment such as yoga mats and blocks.
